・ The competition will be held in four divisions: ・ Junior High School Individual Division ・ Junior High School Pairs Division Elementary School Individual Division ・ Elementary School Pairs Division
・ Judging will be done by three Kure City ALTs （ Assistant Language Teachers ） and members of the Kure Urume Lions Club, the organizer
・ Accessories used in the speech will not be included in the judging
